QUESTION/ANSWER
1. QUESTION: Can you please provide the previous bid tabulation, if available.
ANSWER: There is no prior bid tabulation to provide.
2. QUESTION: Does the buyer prefer the Seven Point Star badge to be embroidered directly onto the garment, or would a custom patch be acceptable?
ANSWER: The Severn Point Star must be embroidered directly onto the front of the garment. A patch is not acceptable.
3. QUESTION: Would the buyer consider accepting an alternate brand or model that offers similar quality and functionality?
ANSWER: Yes, please refer to the Line Item Cost Worksheet, bottom of page 3, which states, “Any reference to the brand names and/or model numbers on the Line Item Cost Worksheet is intended to be descriptive, but not restrictive. ANSWER: The emblem must be a sewn-on patch in the shape of a shield.
5. QUESTION: I would like to know what your preferred way for listing the alternative shirts is, if any (on the Line Item Cost Worksheet). If none, I will list the alternative shirt specs in each cell under the description provided in the form.
