Q1: In the ITB for the thermal imager in Section III- Equipment Specifications under the Number II- Equipment Specifications, subsection additional accessories, there is listed both a XT series wireless charger and XT Series Wireless truck mount listed. Unfortunately, Bullard only offers one wireless charger now and it is the wireless truck mount charger. The bundle that is listed on the bid price page comes with the imager, wireless truck mount charger, usb charging cable, and the retract device. Bullard does offer a 120V wall outlet cord that will power the truck mount charger, but you would have to purchase the extra charger and cord separately from the bundle. Can you please clarify if the USB charger is the one that OCFR is wanting that is part of the bundle, or are they wanting an extra charger that is not part of the bundle package?
A1: Additional accessories are to include the wireless truck mount charger, USB charging cable, and retract device all compatible with the QXT Pro. Please note this is UPDATED from the original equipment specifications.
Q2: Is there a need for your team to be trained to use and operate and maintain these imagers? If so, should we include that in the proposal?
A2: The County will require a minimum of one (1) staff member to be trained to operate the imagers. If there is a cost associated with providing training, please include in your bid price.
Q3: The equipment should include the imager, with batteries and all needed accessories, correct? If so, that means each imager should be complete with a combo kit, correct?
A3: Please refer to Q1 regarding what accessories should be included with the imager.
Q4: Is there a set date where answers to all potential bidder questions will be emailed/published? If so, when will that be?
A4: The deadline to post answers to received questions is 5 pm on July 3rd.
