About this file

This document is an Addendum issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for Solicitation No. FWC 24/25-106, titled "Florida Panther and Bobcat Capture and Management Services". The addendum is dated September 2, 2025, and provides responses to bidder questions for a contract solicitation. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM (ET) on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, with any late submissions being automatically disqualified.

The addendum clarifies three key points: (1) the budgeted amount of $50,000 can be exceeded by the contractor, (2) this is a new contract with no previous bid information available, and (3) contractors cannot bid on only the Emergency Part of the job (March - October work). The solicitation appears to be for comprehensive wildlife capture and management services related to Florida panthers and bobcats, with a full contract period that includes both emergency and non-emergency work components. The document emphasizes strict compliance with Florida Statutes and Administrative Code for bid submissions and potential protests.
