ADDENDUM 1

TO: VENDORS

FROM: BRITTANY HARVEY, GOVERNMENT ANALYST

RE: INVITATION TO BID NO. ITB FFS 22 23 88

BABCOCK RANCH PRESERVE EXOTIC PLANT MAINTENANCE

TREATMENT

This addendum is to provide answers to questions received in reference to this invitation to bid.

Question / Answer

1. We have seen a lot of hunting blinds out while surveying areas will hunting be stopped while work is being performed.

As was explained at the Mandatory meeting the treatment area covers 2 hunting leases.

That is why currently no treatments are allowed on the weekends. Hunting will not stop.

99% of the hunting is done on the weekends. Hunters are told in advance that the treatments are taking place and if there is a conflict, we will work it out. By the time the contract is issued only hog hunting will be in season.

This Addendum is hereby incorporated into and made a part of the above noted Invitation to Bid. All other terms, conditions and specifications of this Invitation to Bid will remain the same. For questions regarding this Addendum, please contact the Purchasing Office at email at Bids@FDACS.gov.
