About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the California Military Department (CMD) for Program Instructor and Assistant Instructor Services for the STARBASE Sacramento program. The IFB covers the provision of labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform these services from January 1, 2025, through September 30, 2027. The addendum provides clarification on the curriculum responsibilities, with the CMD responsible for providing the necessary workspace, equipment, materials, and utilities. The bid opening remains scheduled for October 29, 2024, at 1:00 PM local time, and bids must be submitted by that date.
The state and local contract opportunity indicates that the Prime contractor must have at least 5 years of verifiable experience in educational services. The contract is managed by CPT Kyle Brown and Melissa Rodriguez, and all questions must be submitted to Jordan Bernal by October 22, 2024. The contract will be awarded to a qualified bidder, and the pricing terms, set-asides, and funding requirements are not detailed in the provided information.
