About this file
This document is an Addendum 1 issued by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) for a driveway replacement project located at 10 Primer Court in Clifton Park, NY. The addendum, dated May 2, 2025, addresses a specific vendor question from a site visit on 04/29/2025 regarding the driveway installation. The solicitation was released on 04/21/2025, with bids due on 05/19/2025. The addendum clarifies that vendors can pave a straight line from the garage to the main road instead of following the existing driveway's curve, with instructions to saw cut the sidewalk and pave straight to the road as indicated on the site plans.
The addendum provides technical guidance for bidders, specifically instructing them to incorporate the revised driveway layout into their project estimates. The document is part of a larger procurement process for a driveway replacement project, which requires vendors to be registered with the New York State Department of Labor and submit detailed quotes. While no specific budget is mentioned in this addendum, it is part of a broader solicitation that emphasizes compliance with state procurement guidelines, prevailing wage requirements, and the need for precise project execution within a 45-day contract term.
