About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Southcoast Region for Design and Support Services for three projects at the Yakutat Airport (YAK): Airport Security Fence, Gate Replacement and Locking Systems, and Rehabilitation of Trench Drains and Apron Pavement. The RFP package (RFP # 25243027) was originally released on July 18, 2024, with proposals due on August 8, 2024. The estimated contract value is $1,000,000 or greater, and the performance period is from September 15, 2024 to December 31, 2028. The Addendum provides clarification on the Scope of Services, including questions and answers related to the DOT maintenance building, permit coordination, and the existing gate card reader system at the airport.
The Addendum also reiterates that all other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged. Interested parties must register with the DOT&PF Southcoast Region Plans Room to be placed on the planholders list and receive any subsequent addenda. No protest will be allowed based on an offeror's claim of not receiving all addenda.
