About this file
This is an addendum to a Request for Proposal issued by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority for Janitorial Services and Operating Agreement (RFP #10626). Addendum One, issued on February 10, 2026, modifies the original proposal documents dated January 7, 2026. The addendum addresses clarifications regarding proposal submission requirements, specifically regarding the placement of references and past performance information. A Pre-Proposal Conference was held on January 28, 2026, with a sign-in sheet made available to interested bidders. The anticipated schedule indicates that plans may be available for bidding in Q3 2027, though this timeline is tentative. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum prior to the proposal due date or attach signed acknowledgement to their submitted proposal.
The addendum clarifies that references should be consolidated into a single list and included in Item 4 (References & Past Performance) of the RFQ rather than distributed across multiple sections. Prospective contractors must submit a signed acknowledgement of this addendum, noting that such signature does not constitute signature on the original proposal document. No pricing information, set-asides, funding amounts, or other financial terms are specified in this addendum document.
