About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for the purchase of an Aperio GT 450 high performance, brightfield whole slide scanner, viewing station, and software package. The ITB covers the outright purchase and delivery of this equipment, which must include the Aperio SAM client software package. The ITB is open to vendors statewide, with the primary jurisdictions being Leon County and the City of Tallahassee.
The Addendum provides answers to questions received regarding the ITB, clarifying that the Aperio GT 450 Slide Scanner Software must be included in the bid as the equipment cannot be utilized without it. The Addendum is incorporated into the ITB, and all other terms, conditions, and specifications remain the same.
