About this file

This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for the procurement of approximately 200 law enforcement handguns. The addendum provides answers to questions received regarding the ITB, specifically confirming that bidders must possess a Federal Firearms License (FFL) to participate. The related state and local contract opportunity is for the outright purchase and delivery of the law enforcement handguns, which will serve the needs of Leon County and the City of Tampa in the state of Florida.

The addendum also states that all other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original ITB will remain the same. Bidders are instructed to contact the FDACS Purchasing Office for any questions regarding this addendum. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the provided information.
