About this file

The addendum revises the contact person information and provides answers to vendor questions regarding the technical reply, price reply, respondent qualifications and experience, scope of services, training, marketing services, the video interviewing platform, and the transition from the incumbent vendor. The scope of the contract includes providing a comprehensive, integrated educator employment recruitment system that will be fully operational by June 28, 2023 and serve the 67 school districts, 6 special school districts, and over 700 charter schools in the state of Florida.

The current contract for these services expires on June 27, 2023, and the department intends to work with the selected vendor to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to the users. Pricing for the marketing services and video interviewing platform should be included in the respondent's price reply. The department is looking for a system that meets the requested deliverables and is open to both custom-built and SaaS solutions.
