About this file
The document is an Addendum (No. 1) issued by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR) for Invitation to Bid No. FW-009-25, which is a rebid for the Camp Earl Wallace Dining Hall Construction project located in Wayne, Kentucky. The addendum, dated June 20, 2025, provides critical updates and clarifications to the original bid documents, with a specific focus on roofing contractor qualifications and submission requirements.
The addendum introduces new contractor qualification requirements for the roofing component, mandating that the roofing contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience, be a certified installer for the specified roofing manufacturer, and provide proof of similar project references within 24 hours of bidding. Additionally, the roofing contractor's job superintendent must be a certified manufacturer installer and present on-site during all roofing work. The document emphasizes that failure to submit updated bid documents will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive, and further details about questions, additions, or changes will be distributed by Lynn Imaging.
