About this file

This document is an addendum from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Division of Procurement and Contracts regarding a SB Minor B contract opportunity to install chain link railing. The addendum revises the Bid Proposal Sheets and states that only the revised sheets will be accepted, while all other bid package conditions remain the same. The contract is open to certified Small Businesses, and the Department encourages DVBE participation, but does not establish a DVBE Contract goal. Bid submittals must be sent by email only, and bids over $461,000 will be rejected per the Public Contract Code. Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required if the bidder is awarded the contract.

The contract opportunity is for the State of California, with the work to be performed in Los Angeles County and Los Angeles City. The documents and files attached to this solicitation do not have any updates for digital accessibility at this time, but requests can be made for an accessible version.
