ADDENDUM 1

DATE: September 3, 2024

TO: VENDORS

FROM: Stephanie Bergozza, Procurement Officer

RE: Invitation to Bid No. ITB FFS 24 25 52, Lime Rock Road Material for Burnt Bridge –

Boundary – Hwy 67 – Tate’s Hell State Forest – Project No. 04-200-ROAD-24

This addendum is to provide answers to questions received in reference to this Invitation to Bid.

Question / Answer

1. We are interested in bidding the above request. We see that rock must come from a Perry FL quarry. Due to our location – west of jobsite in Bay County, FL – it would be more efficient for us to pick up our first load of the day in Marianna, FL and the rest from Conrad Yelvington Mine in Perry. Since it is all required to be FDOT base, we would like to know if this would be a possibility.

All materials must come from Perry Quarries as specified in the ITB.

This Addendum is hereby incorporated into and made a part of the above noted Invitation to Bid.

All other terms, conditions and specifications of this Invitation to Bid will remain the same. For questions regarding this Addendum, please contact the Purchasing Office at (850) 617-7181 or email at Bids@FDACS.gov.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Protests must be filed with the Department’s Agency Clerk. Filings may be made physically at:
