About this file

This document is an Addendum to Invitation to Bid No. RFB-181-23 issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Facilities and Support Services Division of Engineering and Contract Administration for the Waste Water Infrastructure Upgrade Phase 1 project at the Lake Barkley State Resort Park in Cadiz, Kentucky. The addendum provides changes to the specifications and drawings, including work restrictions and daily work hours, restoration requirements, and the addition of a construction permit from the Kentucky Division of Water. The project involves the construction of a duplex pump station, four duplex grinder pump stations, and installation of approximately 20,000 linear feet of various sizes of PVC force main and sanitary sewer piping.

The addendum clarifies that work within the campground area shall be completed after July 15, 2023, and that removal or trimming of trees 3 inches or larger in diameter is prohibited. It also specifies requirements for topsoil placement, seeding, fertilizing, and mulching, as well as the maintenance of the seeded areas until the grass is well-established.
