About this file

This document is an Addendum for Bid No. BDC10-22/23 issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the De Leon Springs State Park Entrance Repair project. The addendum provides clarification on several questions related to the project, including confirming that the barrel tile roofs are to be cleaned, that all ornamental ironwork is to be prepped and painted in place, and that the work does not come under the purview of the Division of Historic Resources. The addendum indicates that the contract documents, other than the clarifications provided, remain in full force and effect. The project is located in Leon County and the city of Tallahassee, Florida.

The addendum does not provide any information on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient financial details. It focuses solely on clarifying technical aspects of the project scope and requirements.
