About this file

This is Addendum 1 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Michigan State Police for First Aid Bags with Medical Contents under RFP #230000001307. The addendum addresses bidder questions regarding product delivery and assembly requirements. The core requirement involves the procurement of first aid bags and associated medical components, though the specific quantities and delivery timeline are not detailed in this addendum document.

The addendum clarifies that bidders are not required to ship fully assembled kits with medical contents pre-packed into the bags. Instead, Michigan State Police will complete the outfitting of bags with internal equipment upon receipt of delivery. This specification eliminates bidder responsibility for component placement, bundling, vacuum sealing, or specific internal organization of products, simplifying the delivery and acceptance process for suppliers.
