About this file

This document is a Solicitation Addendum issued by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement for Solicitation Number IFB 6100063836, relating to the Susquehannock Forest District 15 4-Minus Tailgating Bid. The addendum, dated 06/23/2025, documents questions and answers from a pre-bid conference held on 06/20/2025, with the bid due on 06/25/2025 at 1:00 PM. The addendum addresses three key questions from potential bidders, including plans for brushing limbs that might interfere with truck dump beds, widening culverts in drainage areas, and equipment availability for stone spreading.

The document reveals that the Forest District plans to rent six pieces of equipment, including a D2 dozer, dump trucks, backhoe, mini excavator, and ATVs, to support the project. The district intends to spread and roll stone using the dozer and roller, with alternative equipment available to haul materials to areas identified as stockpile sites on the project map. The solicitation is an Electronic Bid (SRM) process, and bidders are encouraged to review the addendum carefully to ensure compliance with all updated requirements. The addendum maintains that all other terms, conditions, specifications, and instructions from the original solicitation remain unchanged.
