About this file

This is an addendum from the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement for the DCNR Bureau of Forestry solicitation (IFB 6100062806) regarding the FD10 DSA Sandy Run Road project. The addendum, dated January 28, 2025, addresses bidder questions and maintains the original bid due date of February 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The document clarifies that the DSA lift is 6 inches loose, access to the site is off Route 144 (with possible signage needed due to a curve at the entrance), and there are 3-4 locations for truck turnarounds on Sandy Run Road.

The addendum confirms that no bid security is required for this solicitation, though the awarded vendor will need to submit Performance Security as detailed in Section VII of the Statement of Work. The solicitation is being conducted as an Electronic Bid (SRM), and bidders must review and respond to any questions in the solicitation response related to addenda issued after the initial advertisement. The procurement specialist contact is Natalia Truitt, available at 717-783-3332 or ntruitt@pa.gov.
