About this file

This document is an Addendum to Request for Proposal (RFP) 249978A001 issued by the Oregon Military Department (OMD) Joint Force Headquarters, Oregon National Guard Installations Division for Comprehensive Energy and Water Evaluation (CEWE) audits. The addendum provides clarifications and revisions to the original RFP, including the square footage to be used for the projects, availability of mechanical/electrical/plumbing drawings, lack of a centralized maintenance management system, and access to building automation system operating data. The OMD reserves the right to select which facilities will receive the CEWE audits at their sole discretion.

The CEWE audits are required to meet the standards of an American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Level II energy survey. Bidders must acknowledge this addendum as part of their response, and any protests to the changes must be submitted by 10am on September 11, 2024. There is no information provided on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or contract renewal options.
