About this file

This document is Addendum 1 to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) #22-049-G for Switchgear for the IP Power Plant 4, issued by the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) in Oregon.

The addendum provides clarification and additional information to the original ITB. It confirms that the ITB includes procurement of both Switchgear and Non-Segregated Phase Bus Duct, as detailed in the specifications. The addendum also addresses questions regarding onsite requirements such as unloading, commissioning, and installation certification, as well as payment terms and schedule. It confirms the equipment dimensions and the need for the switchgear to be leaned during installation. The addendum also allows for relocation of certain devices within the switchgear sections and clarifies that a dedicated termination box is not required as part of the switchgear scope. Lastly, it confirms that a bid bond is not required for this ITB.
