About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in North Carolina for Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning and Related Services. The addendum clarifies and revises the original RFP posting, including changing the proposal due date to September 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm, with proposals to be submitted via email. The addendum also reminds bidders that a separate proposal must be submitted for each opportunity, that the addendum must be signed and included with the proposal, and that firms must be registered and active on the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal prior to submitting a proposal.
The related state and local contract opportunity is an open-ended contract for Commissioning Agent (Cx) and Retro-Commissioning Agent (RCx) and related services to be provided on a routine or as-needed basis for small, miscellaneous projects under $500,000 at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in Rockingham County, North Carolina. The base contract will be for one year, with one possible one-year extension, and the annual fees may not exceed $150,000 in total value, with no single project exceeding a $36,000 fee.
