About this file
This document is Addendum No. 1 to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) #05A2920 issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for on-call hazardous material survey testing and reporting services covering Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara Counties. The addendum addresses a prospective bidder's question about the solicitation document's status, confirming that the document on the Cal eProcure website is the final version and not a draft, with the document name having been corrected.
The addendum reaffirms that all other terms and conditions in the original IFB remain in full force and effect. No specific details about pricing, contract value, or additional technical requirements are provided in this document. The addendum is signed by Bonnie Rodriguez, a Contract Analyst, and dated October 28, 2025, indicating this is a future procurement opportunity for hazardous materials surveying services across four California counties.
