About this file
This addendum modifies RFP #21-PW15 for the State of Wisconsin and concerns the procurement of a front-mount plow and wing system for an articulated wheel loader. The original request specified delivery by September 1, 2021; however, Addendum #1, issued on March 30, 2021, revises the completion timeline to 75 days after receipt of the articulated wheeled loader at the vendor's premises. This modification applies to both Section 3 and Section 6 of the bid form.
The addendum removes the liquidated damages clause that previously assessed $100 per day for delays in meeting the original September 1, 2021 deadline. With the revised completion schedule tied to equipment receipt rather than a fixed date, the liquidated damages provision has been eliminated, providing vendors with a more flexible timeline while maintaining accountability through the 75-day completion window from when the articulated wheel loader arrives at the vendor's facility.
