1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron

SYNOPSIS

This is a presolicitation notice synopsis. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at

Hurlburt Field, FL, intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Advanced Driving Class Expendable Vehicles (ADCETV) services with a 12 month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. All task orders issued under this IDIQ will be

Firm-Fixed-Price.

This notice is not a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services.

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, vehicles, tools, equipment, parts and services necessary to support the 371 Special

Operations Combat Training Squadron at Hurlburt Field, FL and Eglin Range. The vehicles provided will be used for teaching the tactical driving classes which include obstacles courses, tactical contact and non-contact exercises, and vehicle ramming drills. The vehicles will sustain damage and may or may not be able to be utilized in follow-on classes. No part of this contract will require instruction or training of any kind.

This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition. The North American Industry

Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811111 and PSC of W023 with a size standard of $8M.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)

Database prior to award of a government contract. Respondents are further advised that failure to register in the SAM Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. It is recommended to register immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: https://beta.sam.gov. The anticipated issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on or about 2 April 2021 with offers due on or around 3 May 2021.
