About this file
This is Addendum #001 to ITB-24-010 issued by the Florida Department of Corrections for Petroleum Storage Tank Services. The bids are due by April 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and this addendum was issued on January 14, 2025. The solicitation seeks vendors to provide petroleum fuel storage tank services, with specific prequalification requirements for vendors bidding on Level Four and Level Five contracts as defined in Rule 60D-5.002, Florida Administrative Code.
The addendum revises Section 3.4 regarding prequalification requirements, extending the prequalification documentation submission deadline from January 16 to March 6, 2025. Vendors must submit current State Contractor's license certification/registration and Corporate Charter registration (for Florida corporations) or authority to transact business (for non-Florida corporations). The Department will issue Prequalification Confirmation Letters to qualifying vendors, which must be included as part of their bid submission. The addendum removes the requirement that vendors must receive the prequalification confirmation letter prior to the bid opening date.
