About this file

This is a Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement from the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service seeking commercial office space to lease in Pensacola, Florida.

The GSA is seeking to lease 26,760 to 30,500 assignable square feet (ABOA) of office space within a delineated area bounded by Cervantes Street to the north, Main Street to the south, 9th Avenue to the east, and De Villiers Street to the west. The space must include nine surface parking spaces and be fully serviced. The lease term is five years (firm) with no option term required. The offered space must comply with government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and cannot be located in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. All entities must familiarize themselves with Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act regarding telecommunications prohibitions. The Government is currently evaluating this alternative space against its existing Pensacola lease, considering relocation costs including physical move expenses, tenant improvement replication, telecommunications infrastructure, and agency downtime.

Expressions of Interest are due June 8, 2026, with a market survey estimated for June 15, 2026, and estimated occupancy on July 15, 2026. Interested parties should submit responses to Keitra E. Harris, Lease Contracting Officer, at Keitra.harris@gsa.gov. The notice was published in June 2025 and advises all entities to register in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to submission.
