About this file
This document is a second amendment to Contract No. 20422 between the State of Washington, acting through the Department of Enterprise Services, and Accenture, a Washington Limited Liability Partnership. The amendment was executed on June 1, 2025, modifying a contract originally dated March 1, 2024, with a previous first amendment dated August 1, 2024.
The amendment extends the contract term by 36 months, with the new end date of February 28, 2029. It also adds a pay equality provision required by the Washington State Legislature, mandating that Accenture ensure "similarly employed" individuals are compensated equally, with allowances for differentials based on factors such as seniority, merit, production quantity/quality, job-related factors, or regional compensation differences. The contract covers Communications and Marketing Services, and includes provisions for potential suspension or termination if the contractor fails to provide satisfactory evidence of pay equality compliance within 30 days of a breach of warranty.
