About this file

This document is a Second Amendment to Contract No. 20422, involving the State of Washington's Department of Enterprise Services and D2 Creative LLC, a Washington Limited Liability Company. The contract pertains to Communications and Marketing Services, and was originally executed on March 1, 2024, with the first amendment dated August 1, 2024, and this second amendment dated June 1, 2025.

The amendment extends the contract term by thirty-six (36) months, with the new end date of February 28, 2029. It also introduces a pay equality provision mandated by the Washington State Legislature, which requires the contractor to ensure that similarly employed individuals are compensated equally. The provision allows for compensation differentials based on factors such as seniority, merit, production quantity/quality, job-related factors, or regional differences, provided these are not gender-based. The amendment includes provisions for potential contract suspension or termination if the contractor fails to provide satisfactory evidence of compliance with the pay equality requirement within thirty days of a breach of warranty.
