About this file

This document outlines the terms and conditions for a garbage service contract to be awarded by the ABC Board for the FY25 period. The contract will require the successful vendor to remove all waste from each container, leave each container level and in the designated space, and ensure the area around the container is free of trash and debris. The contract will be awarded by location to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications, with the monthly rate and one additional pickup being totaled to determine the lowest bidder. Suppliers must bid both the monthly rate and additional pickup per location to be considered. The contract term is for the valid period stated or per fiscal year operations.

Pricing must be firm for the duration of the purchase order and must include all costs and fees. The state will not pay any additional fees or taxes not included in the solicitation. Invoicing shall be 30 days in arrears, and the invoices must match the purchase order. The state may cancel a purchase order if the agency service address is relocated or closed, with 30-day written notification. Additional locations may be added on an "as needed" basis as determined by the agency and the Chief Procurement Officer.
