Performance Work Statement Summary

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for overhauling and calibrating/testing 16 Fuel Oil Injection Pumps for the Emergency Diesel Generator at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF). The work must be completed during the period of performance from March 16, 2026, to March 27, 2026, with the contract type being Firm-Fixed Price. The contractor will perform all work at its own facility and must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation required to restore the pumps to full operational capability.

The specific scope requires the contractor to overhaul all 16 government-furnished Fuel Oil Injection Pumps per the Emergency Diesel Submarine Technical Manual (S9312-AH-MMA-020), calibrate them for flow rate per the OEM Fuel Injection Pump Calibration Manual, and return all satisfactory pumps to PSNS including all testing out-of-envelope (OQE) equipment. The contractor must submit two deliverables: a Condition Found Report (CDRL A001) within 24 hours for any pumps failing overhaul or calibration checks, and a Completion Report (CDRL A002) within five days of work completion. Government furnishes the 16 pumps (Part number 82796 NSN 2910003440933), while the contractor furnishes all other supplies, equipment, and facilities. Performance will be evaluated against a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan to ensure compliance with established performance standards.
