About this file

This notice announces the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration's intent to award a sole source contract to Cheyenne Air Center and Indianapolis Aviation Partners for recurring hangar lease services. The DEA seeks to lease hangar space for aircraft on a 24-hour basis from the two incumbent vendors. Interested parties should direct any communications in writing to Ryan Burke by October 4, 2023. The award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order under NAICS code 334290. The notice does not constitute a request for quotation but rather a determination of intent to negotiate solely with the identified vendors in accordance with statutory authority for limiting competition when only one responsible source will satisfy the agency's needs.
