About this file

This document is a Past Performance Evaluation Questionnaire for a federal contract opportunity related to trade show exhibit construction. The form requires offerors to provide at least three past performance references demonstrating recent (within two years) and relevant experience in trade show industry work, with a preference for defense sector experience. The questionnaire is designed to capture detailed information about prior contracts, including contract type, pricing structure, performance period, contract value, and the offeror's role.

The form supports a solicitation for the International Air and Space Fair (FIDAE) 2026 Exhibit Build, issued by the DOD Washington Headquarters Service. It allows for various contract pricing types including firm-fixed price (FP), cost-plus (CPFF, CPAF, CPIF), and other contract vehicles. Offerors must submit the completed questionnaire along with their proposal by August 4, 2025, and can include past performance references from prime contractors or subcontractors. The goal is to evaluate the offeror's capability and experience in constructing complex trade show exhibits, particularly in the defense and aerospace sectors.

PAST PERFORMANCE EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS SENDING PAST PERFORMANCE FORMS:

The Government is requesting that the Offeror provide at least three (3) past performance contract references that reflect recent and relevant experience in the trade show industry. Recent experience is defined as performance of a currently ongoing contract or completed performance of a contract that was completed no more than two years prior to the date of issuance of the Solicitation. Relevant experience is defined as that which is similar in scope, size, and complexity to the work described in the Performance Work Statement and contract type. The completed questionnaire must be sent along with the Offeror’s proposal.

The Offeror may submit a past performance contract reference of its Subcontractor, as long as the Subcontractor served as the Prime Contractor for a contract awarded to the Offeror. Past performance examples should ideally come from work in the defense trade show sector, but booths build for any industry will suffice.
