About this file
This amendment modifies solicitation number W912P9-20-R-0050-0001 from the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District St Louis for Lower 4 PL84-99 Earthwork. The amendment extends the question deadline to August 21, 2020 and changes the proposal response date to August 28, 2020 at 10:00 AM. It provides updated point of contact information and instructions for electronic proposal submission through the DoD SAFE system, requiring files be uploaded to DoD SAFE and emailed to two specified Army Corps contacts. Proposals larger than 2GB may require multiple DoD SAFE submissions. The receipt time used to determine timeliness will be when the email notifications are received by the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer rather than the time of DoD SAFE uploading.
