About this file
This Draft Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event for the Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) on 11-12 July 2025 in St. Louis, MO. The event requires a hotel venue to accommodate approximately 200+ participants, including specific needs for three meeting rooms (a general session room, a childcare room, and a youth activities room), 55 sleeping rooms, catered meals (breakfast and lunch buffets), and family team-building activities. Key requirements include 24-hour room holds, banquet-style setup, registration areas, water stations, and rooms configured to federal space requirements for children.
The document is a market research tool for potential vendors, outlining detailed proposal requirements such as providing a hotel layout, identifying proposed meeting spaces, including vital hotel information (address, phone, DUNS #, CAGE Code), and submitting a tax-exempt, all-inclusive expense sheet. Vendors must address all criteria, with the anticipated event involving staff meetings, event registration, meals, general sessions, and family cohesion activities. The government seeks to identify commercial sources capable of meeting these comprehensive event hosting needs for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program.
