The contractor will provide complete breakfast, lunch, and dinner services for military personnel during multiple training phases in fiscal year 2026, with meal service requirements including a minimum of two entrée choices per meal (one meat-based, one vegetarian), side items, salad bar, desserts, and beverage options. Specific nutritional standards mandate 6 ounces of protein, 12 ounces of beverages, and 4 ounces of side items per serving, with accommodations for vegetarian and special dietary needs.
The PWS outlines five training phases between October 2025 and August 2026, with varying personnel requirements ranging from 10 to 24 minimum personnel and 18 to 48 maximum personnel per phase. Key performance standards include 100% compliance with Army nutritional standards, portion sizes, and food safety protocols. The government will conduct random inspections and maintain a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to evaluate contractor performance, with potential remedies including corrective actions, payment reductions, and possible contract termination for repeated performance issues. The contractor must provide all food, equipment, and supplies, and ensure staff have proper food handler certifications and professional appearance.
