About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for parking services issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Labor Management Standards (OLMS). The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide two covered parking spaces for two government-owned vehicles near the OLMS Philadelphia regional office at 1835 Market Street. The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods, allowing for a potential total contract duration of 5 years.
The RFQ requires vendors to submit a technical quotation demonstrating understanding of the requirements and a pricing quotation. The technical volume is limited to 3 pages and should detail the vendor's comprehension of the scope of work, potential performance risks, and mitigation strategies. The government will evaluate quotations based on technical capability (significantly more important) and price, with the award going to the vendor offering the most advantageous proposal. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit their quotations electronically by 06/10/2025 at 12:00 PM EST to the specified contracting officers.
