About this file
This is a Sources Sought notice seeking information from potential vendors to provide enterprise building control systems (EBCS) for multiple United States Army Reserve facilities. The Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center is conducting market research to determine acquisition strategy and identify qualified vendors.
Interested vendors must submit capability statements limited to 10 pages via email to Contracting Officer Jonathan Chisholm (jonathan_chisholm@ibc.doi.gov). Submissions should include: organization details and SAM UEI, availability through existing government contract vehicles, relevant past performance with federal customers, business size classification, and whether work will be performed directly or subcontracted. The government will use responses to determine if the eventual procurement will be conducted as a small business set-aside, full and open competition, or sole-source. A parallel announcement is being made on GSA's eBuy website. No formal solicitation currently exists, and this notice does not constitute a commitment to award.
