SOURCES SOUGHT (MARKET SURVEY)

New Siding, Roof and 2 HVAC Unit PECO National Park PECO, New Mexico

The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of vendors for a possible upcoming project. All costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey shall be the responsibility of the firm. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy decision based on the results of this market survey and a future solicitation may be issued as unrestricted without further consideration.

Project Description:

There will be 3 line items. First line item will be replacing 2 existing windows, 1 storm door, install 2 new steel frame, double pane, lo-ewindow tempered glass assemblies and screen door. Secon line item remove existing flashing, remove existing metal roof and install new roofing system. The last item will be demoing 4 units and replace 2 new concrete condensing unit pads and 2 new split system units per plans.

Work Location: This project is located at the Pecos National Historic Park, 1 Peach Drive, Pecos, New Mexico, off of State Road 63. For more information see the Park website at https://www.nps.gov/peco/index.htm.

Project Period: Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the start date provided on the Notice to Proceed.

This is not an invitation for bid (IFB), request for quotation (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP) and does not constitute any commitment by the Government to issue any solicitation. All interested firms must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this market survey. Any solicitation that may be issued will be posted on be SAM.gov, http://www.sam.gov.
