About this file

This document is a Justification for Sole Source Procurement (Open Market or GSA) under $250,000 for a contract to analyze workers' compensation claims related to mental health and behavioral health in the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries system.

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) plans to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to the University of Washington Occupational Epidemiology and Health Outcomes Program (UW OEHOP) to conduct the required analyses. UW OEHOP is the only vendor with access to the necessary data and the required analysis experience. The period of performance is 9/30/24 to 9/29/25, and the estimated procurement amount is not provided. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Acquisition Services is the contracting activity. Interested parties may respond within 3 days of the notice to be considered, but this is not a competitive procurement.
