About this file

This document contains details for a federal contract opportunity to provide construction services for a modular building site. The Indian Health Service is seeking information from interested firms, including Native American-owned businesses, to complete earthwork, site preparation, a concrete footing and slab, exterior improvements, and site utilities for a new 9,600 square foot modular office building at the Lawton Indian Health Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. The anticipated project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Responses are due by the published deadline and should include company information, point of contact, willingness to submit a proposal if solicited, business type and size standard, bonding capacity, and up to five similar past project examples from the last six years with details. Firms should also answer questions about quality control, typical construction management activities, and any construction disciplines they would self-perform. Native American-owned businesses must also submit an Indian Economic Enterprise representation form and documentation of Indian blood.
