The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees in California County of Inyo, effective as of the last revision date of December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-5669, Revision No. 29).

The wage determination provides hourly rates for numerous occupation classifications organized into occupational categories including Administrative Support and Clerical Occupations, Automotive Service Occupations, Food Preparation and Service Occupations, Furniture Maintenance and Repair Occupations, General Services and Support Occupations, Health Occupations, Information and Arts Occupations, Information Technology Occupations, Instructional Occupations, Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Occupations, Machine Tool Operation and Repair Occupations, Materials Handling and Packing Occupations, Mechanics and Maintenance and Repair Occupations, Personal Needs Occupations, Plant and System Operations Occupations, Protective Service Occupations, Recreation Occupations, Stevedoring and Longshoremen Occupational Services, Technical Occupations, and Transportation/Mobile Equipment Operation Occupations. Hourly wage rates range from $15.27 for Messenger Courier positions to $71.63 for Nuclear Medicine Technologist positions. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week) for health and welfare, with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for Executive Order 13706 compliance. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years, plus a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Certain occupations with footnoted designations receive specialized compensation including night and Sunday pay differentials for air traffic controllers and weather observers, hazardous pay differentials of 4 or 8 percent for ordnance-related work, and uniform allowances of $3.35 per week where applicable. Contractors are required to classify unlisted occupations through a conformance process involving submission of Standard Form 1444 to the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division for approval before performing contract work.
