Salient Characteristics S21087

PHOSPHATE SENSOR

1 EA, Phosphate Sensor:

1. Shall be a wet chemistry sensor for the automated monitoring of dissolved nutrient concentrations.

2. Shall be for outdoor use.

3. Shall have Phosphate low sensitivity detectors at 0.025 to at least 2.0 mg/L and 1.0 to at least 75 micro mol/L.

4. Shall have on-board standard and reagents connected to a rotary valve and mixed by a syringe pump.

5. Reacted solutions shall be analyzed in colorimeters.

6. Shall be capable of analysis within at least 14 minutes.

7. Shall be capable of precision of at least 3%.

8. Shall have an individual channel for the analysis of dissolved soluble reactive phosphorus, at a minimum.

9. Shall have built in biofouling.

10. Shall include one (1) single channel housing, power cable, and manual.

11. Shall include one (1) syringe pump, rotary valve, and colorimetric sensor.

12. Shall operate from external 12 VDC (nominal) power.

13. Shall have RS-232 communication interface.

1 EA, Soluble Reactive Phosphorus Detector Upgrade:

14. Shall be an upgrade for Phosphate Sensors above to high sensitivity/low detection limit.

15. Shall have Phosphate high sensitivity detectors at 0.006 to at least 0.8 mg/L and 0.2 to at least 25 micro mol/L.

1 EA, Tool Kit:

16. Shall include at least one (1) AC/DC digital multimeter meter; one (1) 7 Pieces set, 1.5 mm to 6 mm Hex, ball-end screwdrivers; one (1) 5/16" nutdriver bit for power tools; one (1) number 1 Phillips screwdriver that is no longer than 6-3/4"; one (1) 3/32" hex screwdriver; one (1) plastic storage box with tote tray at least 14-1/2" wide by 7-1/2" deep by 5-1/4" high; one (1) 1/4" Open End 5/16" Size, 7/32" Thick, 9/16" Center-to-Center, square drive offset socket; one (1) 5-3/4" wire cutter; one (1) masking tape at least 1/2" wide by 50 ft long; one hundred (100) cable ties; one (1) pen with flashlight; one (1) "Y" Tube Fitting with 200 Series Barbs for Polypropylene 1/16" (1.6 mm) ID tubing.

1 EA, Valve Nozzles:

17. Shall come in sets of ten (10).

18. Shall be valve nozzles with click and seal plugs.

3 EA, Filter:

19. Shall be a 70-micron replacement filter for the phosphate sensor above.

1 EA, Syringe Assembly:

20. Shall be a 1.0 ml replacement syringe assembly for the phosphate sensor above.

1 EA, Reagent and Standard Kit:

21. Shall be a Soluble Reactive Phosphorus Reagent.

22. Kit shall include 1 L of 0.200 mg-P/L phosphate standard, 250 mL molybdic acid, and 250 mL ascorbic acid.
