The SOW specifies the requirements for 12 circular tanks with a 36-inch diameter and 24 circular tanks with an 18-inch diameter. The tanks must meet certain design and performance criteria, including being made of pool blue interior, having built-in skirts or stands to sit 26 inches off the floor, and accommodating specific piping configurations. The tanks must also provide a competitive manufacturer's warranty. The period of performance is for the tanks to be delivered by September 27, 2024.
