About this file

This document is a legal description of a land parcel for the Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument located in Torrence County, New Mexico. The parcel comprises 29.56 acres situated in the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 3 North, Range 5 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian. The precise boundaries are defined by specific geographic coordinates and reference points from a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) survey plat approved on November 27, 1985.

The related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number: 140P2125Q0056) is for a USPAP/UASFLA Market Value Property Appraisal for the SAPU 102-34 land parcel, issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service. The solicitation appears to require a professional property appraisal to determine the market value of the described land tract, which will likely support potential land acquisition or management purposes for the national monument.
