One of the two homes must have 32-inch-wide doors throughout. The contractor must provide construction updates confirming specification compliance, deliver all product information and warranty documentation, and coordinate delivery Monday through Friday (excluding Federal holidays) between 8am-4pm with designated points of contact. The Service will prepare concrete slabs and is not liable for damage until installation and acceptance. Primary contacts are Lauren Lemmon (701-724-5703), Eric Wilson (701-724-5702), and Keith Frankki (701-724-5707).
