Inspect, adjust, and test the HVAC air distribution system to ensure proper airflow and temperature consistency throughout the building. Service includes checking all supply and return ductwork, dampers, registers, grilles, and airflow performance to identify uneven temperatures, excessive static pressure, noise issues, or airflow restrictions.
Contractor will measure airflow at each supply register and return grille, evaluate system static pressure, and inspect duct sizing, duct connections, insulation, and air leakage. Adjustments will be made to balancing dampers and airflow settings to improve comfort and efficiency in all conditioned spaces.
Contactor will modify the existing return system by splitting returns to the handlers. Existing system only has one return for both units.
Work includes all necessary materials, labor, connections, and start-up of the new system.
