Statement of Work (SOW)
Project Title:
Removal and Replacement of Two Commercial Grade Insulated Overhead Doors on Cold Storage Building

1. Purpose:
Removal and offsite disposal of existing overhead doors. Furnish and install two new overhead commercial grade insulated overhead doors. Reconnect new doors to existing openers.
2. Scope of Work:
The contractor shall:
- Furnish and install the following two overhead doors:
- Two 16’ 2” X 14’ 0”, 2” Insulated Flush doors, white
- Containing four windows per door, 24” X 12”, Windows in Section #3 Panels 1,2,4,5
- 2” Angle mounted in on wood with 15” radius
- 10,00 Cycle Torsion Springs
- 28’ per door white angle mounted side seal
- 16’ per door top cap seal
- Connect new doors to existing operators
- Legally dispose of old doors and hardware offsite
3. Government Responsibilities:
- Ensure the installation site is accessible and clear of obstructions during the entire installation period.
- Provide single-phase power to the operators prior to installation.
4. Contractor Responsibilities:
- Complete installation during standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the scope outlined.
- Notify the Government POC if unforeseen structural conditions or hazards are encountered.
5. Deliverables:
- Two properly installed and functioning overhead insulated commercial doors
6. Period of Performance:
Work must be completed within 6 weeks from the date of contract award or purchase order receipt, depending on material lead time.
