About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details dumpster rental and disposal services for the Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge in Wisconsin. The project involves providing dumpsters for demolition debris removal from a 2,624 sq ft structure, with an estimated 117 cubic yards of construction and demolition (C&D) waste and 49 cubic yards of concrete waste. The scope requires two 30-yard dumpsters - one for general demolition debris and one for concrete material - with pricing to include initial delivery fees, per haul fees, and per ton disposal fees.
The project is scheduled for completion between August and September 2025, with the primary demolition phase expected to last two weeks (August 19-29). The contractor will be responsible for swapping up to 12 dumpsters per day, coordinating deliveries and pickups with refuge staff during regular hours (8 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday). The contract emphasizes recycling materials to the maximum extent possible, with all materials becoming contract property upon pickup. The vendor must provide written tickets tracking dumpster arrivals and departures, and report disposal weights within 24 hours of removal.
