STATEMENT OF WORK

Service

Replacement of Two Folsom Degassing Pumps

1. General:

1.1 Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery (NFH), 24495 East Jones Hole Hatchery Road, Vernal, UT

84078-2042. Replace two Folsom degassing pumps.

1.2 Purpose/End Application: This project is to replace two degassing pumps that pump spring water through nitrogen degassing colums for the health and safety of the fish.

1.3 Contractor Qualifications: The contractor must be a certified supplier of Folsom

Pumps.

1.4 Other: The contractor must follow all associated regulations and laws including: Federal, State, and County.

2. Place of Performance and Period of Performance

2.1 Work is to be performed at Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery, 24495 East Jones Hole

Hatchery Road, Vernal, UT 84078-2042.

2.2 This project needs to be completed prior to April 1, 2025.

2.3 Normal duty hours Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. In the event of emergencies, Contractor shall provide contact information.

3. Scope

3.1 The contractor shall deliver two (2) Folsom 5 horse power (hp), Simflo pumps – item number: OLS-PA7LX-1.

6.1 Jones Hole NFH will provide restrooms, electricity, and water for the contractor to using while the contracted work is being completed.

6.2 Identify any limitations. N/A

7. Evaluation and Acceptance

7.1 The contractor will be evaluated as detailed herein. Government acceptance is contingent upon: designated U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service representative(s) determining the work to be acceptable and in good working order.

8. Quality Control/Quality Assurance:

8.1 For commercial supplies reference clauses for inspection and acceptance. Where appropriate, QC will be maintained according to industry standards and made available to the agency with the contractor’s proposal.

8.2 Identify and detail measures for assessing quality control and acceptance; each requirement is unique and a table format is visually friendly and may be desirable.
